Millions of people from up to 180 countries have pledged to participate on World Cleanup Day held on Saturday, September 19. In celebration with the World Clean-up Day today, HEPCA organized several Clean-up campaigns for beaches and underwater in the Red Sea.

Octopuses are ocean creatures that are most famous for having eight arms and bulbous heads. Some other fun facts: They have three hearts and blue blood; they squirt ink to deter predators; and being boneless, they can squeeze into (or out of) tight spaces. They are quite intelligent and have been observed using tools.

The frogfish's scientific name is Antennariide. Frogfish are a favorite of scuba divers all over the world and we’re fortunate enough to have them in the Red Sea. These weird little creatures with a face only a mother could love have many strange adaptations that make it an incredibly efficient predator and some that make it just plain comical.

Daniel Botelho is an award winning photojournalist that specializes in underwater photography.
To get such gorgeous shark shots, Botelho spent three months, at least five hours a day, looking through a camera lens.
