• KAMAREIA resort was established on a gross area of 15,000 m² in a very well
selected area in Hurghada, the paradise of the Red Sea Coast.
• KAMAREIA resort consists of 3 phases attached to 3 stars hotels and 3 swimming
pools one of them is heated.
• Phase I was established on a gross area of 4600 m² included one swimming pool
and landscape.
• The percentage of constructions from the gross area of the phase is about 43%.
• The percentage of landscape & swimming pool in phase1 is about 57%.
• The average size of each swimming pool is approx. 200 m² with a depth of
approx. 2 m.
• Phase I contains 6 blocks consists of 82 total units (19 Apartment and 63 Studios)
in different sizes.
• Studios gross areas starting from 45 m² up to 75 m² included living area,
American kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
• Apartment’s gross area starting from 100 m² up to 145 m² included 2 bedrooms,
American kitchen, bathroom and garden or terrace.
• Prices start from € 520 per m².
• The price of the garden 1500 LE per m².
• The private parking space costs 45,000 LE per space.
• Roof is not for sale.
• The maintenance fees will be 60 LE per m² per year.
• The first phase will be delivered by end of May 2009.
• Payment system: 5 Installments :
1. 10 % Down payment fees while signing the contract.
2. 30% within one month from signing the contract.
3. 25% after 3 months from signing the contract.
4. 25% after 6 months from signing the contract.

Phase I was established on a gross area of 4600 m² included one swimming pool and gardens

Apartments

• Phase l includes 19 apartments with various areas (100-120-125-130-135-145 m²)
• All the apartments are distributed on six blocks, each block contain ground floor,
first floor and second floor with pool or garden view according to the block
location.
• All apartments are located in the ground floor of the six blocks and few of them
located in the first and second floor with pool or garden view according to the
blocks location; lower apartment have a private garden, and upper apartment will
have a sunny terrace.
• Apartments consist of living room, open American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1
bathroom, and terrace and storage room.
• Delivery by end of May 2009.

Studios

• Phase l includes 63 studios with various areas (45-50-55-60-65-70-75 m²).
• All the studios divided on the six blocks each block contain ground floor, first floor
and second floor with a pool or garden view according to the block location.
• Studios are located in the first and second floor of all the blocks with a sunny
terrace, pool or garden view according to the block location.
• Studios consist of living room area, open American kitchen, 1 bathroom and
terrace.
• Delivery by end of May 2009.
